Fortunately in today’s modern households, our time spent at the kitchen sink has been reduced considerably, thanks to the introduction of the dish-washer, convenience food and disposable income to spend on restaurants and take-away meals. I was fortunate enough to have this as my view from my kitchen sink for the last nine years – it’s pretty stunning isn’t it?
For our first few months in Brisbane, Chief and I will be in a furnished apartment and this is the view from the kitchen sink – not quite the same is it?
What’s your washing up view like?

No, not quite the same view is it. Bonus though, looks like you will be first to spot a bargain at that clearance place across the road! I have a fab view down the garden – which is currently disappearing under 6 inches of snow!
