Day Twelve: Architecture & Monochrome

From geometric patterns on skyscrapers to the ironwork on historical buildings, there are many opportunities to capture the beauty and complexity of architecture.

It would have been easy for me to use the images of the Sydney Opera House from our Day 7 assignment, but that’s no fun! Instead I spent some time capturing images of architecture around the unique place I spend my working day.  I used my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (apologies to you professional photographers out there) and then applied monochrome effect.
